And this season we are doing the complete electrical installation of a commercial warehouse in which we have already shown the project, the execution part of the overhead distribution network with multiplexed aluminum cables, infrastructure with galvanized conduits, cable routing, grounding and much more, if you haven't watched the previous episodes, don't worry, I'll leave the complete playlist at the end so you don't miss any details. In today's class, we will show you how the two distribution panels were assembled. We assembled a larger three-phase QDC for the first warehouse and connected a secondary two-phase panel to it for the second warehouse. We even made a BEP, the main equipotential bonding busbar, at the arrival of the first QDC. It was very interesting. Next class! In today's class, you will see the assembly of the two distribution panels at the same time. Charlão took charge of the assembly of the main QDC, with a three-phase 100A power supply, and Brener took charge of the assembly of the secondary QDC, which is a two-phase 50A. If you haven't watched the first episode of the series and want to know more details about how to assemble these QDCs, go there and download the complete electrical project for this warehouse that we made available there. Okay, let's see the first part of the cable organization done by Charles, in the three-phase primary QDC. Take a look. The first thing to do here is to organize the neutral and ground cables that come from the BEP, the main equipment busbar. Look how interesting this is, guys. This small square on the side before the big panel is our BEP. In a moment we'll explain better why it's there and how it will work. Then he starts to fix the rails to receive the components in the panel. All the cables are already identified, so fixing the rails before organizing the cables is a practical idea, after all, you can run the cables behind the rails. Once this is done, Charles starts running the 35mm² phase cables behind the DIN rails and starts fitting the general protection components. In this case, there will only be the DPS for the phases, the 100A three-pole general circuit breaker and another 50A two-pole circuit breaker that will serve as general protection for the secondary panel in the warehouse next door. Note that Charles uses this part to test the three-phase comb busbar on the protection devices as well. A good practice is to always leave a small loop of cable for power supply before cutting; this can help in the future in case of maintenance or expansion of the panel. And to connect the 35mm² cables to the general circuit breaker, we chose to use pin-type compression terminals. This type of connection is very serious, after all, up to 100A can pass through there, so we use hydraulic pliers to compress and ensure a super reliable connection point next to the circuit breaker. And to isolate these terminals that are not pre-insulated, we used heat shrink, an insulating component that we have already shown in other videos here on the channel. Then Charles started connecting the phase cables to the main circuit breaker, always being very careful, after all, most electrical problems are in the connections, so make sure they are very tight and check the torque of the cable in the component. Another detail is that Charles chose to supply power to the main circuit breaker from below and exit with the branch on the comb busbar from above, this because of the bipolar main circuit breaker of the secondary panel, which he decided to place on the same protection line. And he also started organizing the blue neutral cables on the panel's descent, using nylon clamps and already ringing all the circuits according to our work standard that you have already seen in other seasons. Now let's speed up this part of organizing the phase and grounding cables of our QDC, give me a hard time Charlão
