#ECtHR #YasakCase #yalcinkaya According to the decision made by the ECtHR regarding the case known as the Public Legal Case, the case will be heard in the grand chamber. A comprehensive analysis of the subject and its effects was made by Dr. Oktay Bahadır. --------- Dr. Oktay BAHADIR Oktay Bahadır started his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 1998. Later, he completed his master's degree at the Department of Public Law of the Gazi University Institute of Social Sciences. In 2014, he received his doctorate upon the unanimous acceptance of his thesis titled “The Right to Life and Turkey in Light of the Decisions of the European Court of Human Rights”. Bahadır, who started his career in 2005 as an Ankara Prosecutor Candidate, served as a public prosecutor in various provinces and districts for many years. Between 2011 and 2014, he worked as a judge in the Human Rights Department of the Ministry of Justice. In 2013, he did an internship for two months at the European Court of Human Rights as part of the “Joint Project on Improving the Efficiency of the Turkish Criminal Justice System”. He spent about a year in the United States for language training. He also gave lectures on human rights at the Turkish Justice Academy for about two years. He has numerous articles and books published in various journals. He currently provides legal consultancy on individual applications to the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights. On the other hand, he shares his views and evaluations on various issues through his personal blog and Twitter account. Oktay Bahadır, who is married and has three children, speaks English and French fluently.
