This sensor informs the ECU about the position of the throttle valve. The ECU, in turn, distributes the fuel supply to the injectors depending on how open the throttle valve is. If the ECU receives a message about the throttle valve being completely closed, the engine switches from load mode to idle mode and air passes through the throttle valve. You can check the sensor with a multimeter, the sensor has 3 contacts: 1 +5 volts, 2 signal, 3 ground, when the throttle is closed, 0.7 volts are sent to the ECU, this indicator starts to change. #sensor #dpdz #nexia2 #nexia2
