Most Toyota Corolla e150 cars are equipped with electric heating elements, called RTS (an abbreviation of the technology by which the elements are made). They work only under strictly defined conditions. The following mandatory conditions must be met for the cabin electric heater to turn on and work: 1) Ambient temperature +10° C and below; 2) Side lights / low beam OFF 3) OFF — seat heater, rear window, mirrors 4) ON Cabin blower fan 5) Climate temperature position at MAX HOT; 6) Engine temperature +65°C and below = 3 heating elements work, +70°C and below = 2 heating elements work, +75°C and below = 1 heating element works. 7) Engine operation at 1250 rpm and above (automatically maintained in cold weather for heater operation) Toyota Corolla 150 - Climate control link: https://www.drive2.ru/l/5150736448088...
