TOUR OF A SMALL, FULLY DECORATED APARTMENT --------------------------------------- Today I'm going to take you on a tour of an incredible, super charming and compact apartment, measuring just 37m², located in Águas Claras, Brasília. Despite the small space, you'll see how functional and well-used it is. The building's curved façade required a bit of layout, but we found creative solutions to make everything work! We'll start in the hallway, where a wooden box hides the beam and gives it a cleaner look. Oh, and of course, there's a mirror right at the entrance, perfect for checking out your look before heading out. And to make your day-to-day life easier, there's a practical shoe rack. Moving on to the kitchen, the sideboard transforms into a dining table, bringing practicality to the space. The U-shaped countertop, with a black metro zigzag finish, is charming, and the washer and dryer are discreetly built in. The gray quartz finish on the countertop, along with the graphite cabinets and the freijó laurel details with fluted glass on the upper cabinets, give it a sophisticated and modern touch. In the living room, we have a TV panel with Chloe Lux coverings that bring sophistication, along with a small, armless sofa that saves space and makes everything lighter. And to give it an even more practical touch, the curtains are automatic, because comfort is also essential! The office is very functional, with the table facing the TV – because the client likes to watch the news while working – and a coffee corner, perfect for a quick break and recharging energy, just by turning the chair. In the bathroom, we continued with the same Chloe Lux covering on both the countertop and the niche, ensuring an elegant visual continuity. The rest of the walls have Portobello's Hit Griss, and the mirror, with front lighting, is perfect for making the space brighter and more practical. The shower goes all the way to the ceiling, providing a modern and very clean finish. The bedroom is super cozy, with an upholstered headboard and black metallic profile details, as well as a central mirror that expands the space.
