About :

Tosun Pasha is a comedy film produced by Kartal Tibet in 1976. The character Tosun Pasha in the film is inspired by Ahmet Tosun Pasha. The event takes place in 19th century Egypt. The Tellioğlu and Seferoğlu families enter into a fierce struggle with each other for the Green Valley, the most valuable place in Alexandria. The state officials cannot decide who owns the valley. The Tellioğlu and Seferoğlu families enter into a fierce struggle to take Leyla (Müjde Ar), the daughter of Daver Bey, the most important state official in Alexandria, in order to seize the Green Valley. Daver Bey decides to give Leyla to the Seferoğulları. In this case, the Tellioğulları introduce Şaban (Kemal Sunal), the servant of the house, as Tosun Pasha, the most respected and majestic pasha of the Cairo palace, for a bigger favor. Şaban, disguised as Tosun Pasha, pretends to be a close friend of Lütfü (Şener Şen), the eldest son of the Tellioğlu Family, and instead of gaining Green Valley and Daver Bey's daughter Leyla for the Tellioğulları, he falls in love with Leyla himself and messes everything up. As a result, things turn into a mess and the real Tosun Pasha comes out of the Cairo palace. The real Tosun Pasha seizes Green Valley and takes Daver Bey's daughter as well. As a result, the Tellioğulları, who barely even saved their heads because of this incident, become grateful for being alive. Şaban becomes the culprit in everyone's eyes.
