What does the job of a flight attendant look like and how much does he get paid? A quick trip to Mallorca and back - that's Joel's everyday working life. He is a flight attendant for the airline Eurowings and flies from Berlin on short and medium-haul routes - up to four times a day. Mallorca, Gran Canaria or even Düsseldorf and Cologne. On average, Joel has to complete a variety of tasks for ten to eleven hours a day. Briefings, security checks, tidying the cabin and looking after passengers. Joel learned all of this over six weeks at the Eurowings training center. Flight attendant is not a traditional apprenticeship, but a course that varies from airline to airline. 45 minutes - that's how much time we spent with Joel in Palma. He showed us what we as passengers don't get to see - what happens before and after the flight and what's important on board. #Job #Flight attendant #Salary That's "Is it worth it?": One person, one job, one life. And at the end of the day, the question: Is it worth it? We accompany people in their jobs and show their lives. Is it worth it to work for a salary and use it to finance your own life? What makes me happy about work? We don't just compare salaries, we show how people live from their work. We are always looking for protagonists: If you also want to show how you live with your job, feel free to write to [email protected]! On a personal note: We are not infallible either - and although we make every effort to present every individual financial situation clearly, correctly and understandably, we sometimes need help. The Bavarian State Association of Tax Advisors and Auditors always provides us with competent support - thank you very much for that!
