TN-C is a grounding system in which three phases and a PEN conductor come to the consumer from a transformer with a solidly grounded neutral. The latter combines a working neutral conductor and a protective conductor. In modern housing construction, the TN-C system is prohibited (PUE 7.1.13). It is found only in old buildings. And if you live in such a house, you need to understand that the PEN (in this case, the neutral) conductor is only a working conductor. It cannot be used simultaneously for protection by connecting to the housings of electrical appliances.
