It took me 1 year and 3 months to completely renovate two apartments to rent them out. I tackled this project alone, and I'm very proud of it now that it's finished! In this video, I wanted to show the whole process from start to finish of a renovation as an amateur. So yes, the whole wall demolition part is missing, but at the time I had the idea to start filming everything in timelapse mode just after having broken everything or almost everything. Oh well, at least I'm making up for it on my new construction site, the renovation of which will be published regularly on this channel :D And for those who are also wondering, yes the two apartments are identical, they are the 1st and 2nd floors of a small building, same dimensions including same plans from start to finish. This explains in particular the inconsistencies between the size of the windows and the condition of the walls throughout the timelapse. I could have specified it but I forgot I admit.
