Welcome to the most epic food tour at the Ranch. Today we are not only going to explore delicious authentic Mexican food, but our friend @ChecheMx1 is also going to accompany us to work for a day in the Mexican countryside. At our next destination, we try the delicious barbacoa, a Mexican dish that is slowly cooked in an earthen pit for hours. We are amazed by the smoky and tender flavor of the meat, and we are delighted with the process of cooking it.
