Cut the meat into thin pieces, season with some salt and fry in a pan until crispy. Then add the onions and garlic to the pan. Use the Wagyu fat from the meat to fry. 2. Break the quail eggs and cream into a bowl. Whisk the mixture and season with saffron. 3. Grease the baking dish with truffle oil and add everything to the dish. Mix some of the grated cheese in the middle of the dish and the rest on top. 4. Place in a 200 degree oven for about 30-45 minutes. After the oven is out, add gold leaf and grate the truffle on top. 5. Enjoy with champagne or a good red wine.
