Car theft is a silent scourge that affects tens of thousands of people every year. Brands often leave large holes, cars from the extinct VAG group (now VW, for short) are a good example of this; that is why there are solutions from manufacturers, but also from after-sales companies, such as control units for Volkswagen that try to alleviate these defects. There are some car brands that are very sensitive to theft in Spain.
