This Brussels sprouts recipe in the pan is so delicious that I make it every day: creamy Brussels sprouts and potato noodles pan! This dish combines the nutty flavors of freshly cooked Brussels sprouts and tender potato noodles in a creamy sauce - perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. Let's get started right away! Ingredients: 750 g Brussels sprouts ¼ tsp soda (optional) 500 g potato noodles 1 bell pepper, diced ½ bunch parsley (optional) 1-2 tbsp oil 150 ml cream or milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sweet paprika (optional ½ tsp smoked) A little nutmeg 150 g cream cheese Pepper to taste 1 tbsp herb mixture of your choice (e.g. Italian herbs or herbs de Provence) Cooking instructions: 1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts: Cut off the stalk of the Brussels sprouts and remove the outer wilted leaves. Make a cross-shaped cut in the stalk so that the Brussels sprouts cook evenly. 2. Blanch the Brussels sprouts: Bring the Brussels sprouts to the boil in a pan of salted water (with ¼ teaspoon of soda for color) and cook for about 12-15 minutes until tender. 3. Fry the potato dumplings: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan and fry the potato dumplings for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown. 4. Add the diced peppers to the potato dumplings and fry briefly. Add the cooked Brussels sprouts to the pan with the potato dumplings and peppers. 5. Add the cream or milk with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, nutmeg, cream cheese and pepper to taste. Stir well and bring to the boil briefly.
