There was a frog who loved water very much. One day, he and his friends were playing until they felt very thirsty, so they went to drink from the lake. But he drank all the water in it and still wanted more, so he went to the stream and drank it all. He started looking for water in the forest and even drank small ponds. The forest people were surprised when they did not find any water, so they went to their big hippo. They went together to Tidalik and tried to convince him to return the water to them, but he refused. Then the fox had an idea, which was to make him laugh until all the water in his stomach came out. They actually started doing funny things, but he did not laugh, until the hippo spoke up and started imitating him. Only then did Tidalik laugh and brought out all the water he had drunk, and the lake and stream were filled again. Tidalik learned to respect the needs of others and not to be greedy and think only of himself.
