Polat Doğru, who says “I have never come across something that happened without enough effort”, is on the TEDxAnkaraUniversity stage with his speech in which he explains how hard work and self-development direct the route on the path followed. Trainer, Consultant and Author. He was born in 1974. He completed his education in different cities of our country. He later received engineering and sociology education. He has been working in the field of education since his student years. After working in various teams, he started working with Doğan Cüceloğlu in 2001, and the said work period lasted for 20 years. Simultaneously, he has been working very intensively with the business world under the roof of his own educational institution since 2011. He provides trainings, seminars for employee and executive groups, and individual consultancy services for boards of directors and managers in prominent institutions in Turkey.
