The first day of snow, even though the temperature was only -12° C, winter in Canada can be as snowy as a mountain. After cleaning the snow in front of the garage, my foreign husband immediately cooked pasta for dinner, I made chocolate banana bread for a delicious snack and additional lunch menu. Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe 4 Bananas 2 eggs 100 grams of granulated sugar 50 grams of brown sugar 113 grams of butter 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp baking soda 50 grams of cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla 180 grams of wheat flour 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Bake in the oven at 176° C for 50 - 60 minutes. 4 Bananas 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup dairy-free butter 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour 3/4 cup dairy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips Bake in the oven 350 F for 50 - 60 minutes.
