On September 6, 2023, from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in Colombia, the University of Sucre in Sincelejo had the honor of hosting Dr. Marcel David Pochulu, PhD in Mathematics Didactics from the National University of Villa María in Argentina, who led an enriching seminar on Guy Brousseau’s Theory of Didactic Situations (TSD). During this educational event, Dr. Pochulu delved into the theoretical foundations of TSD, offering participants a solid understanding of its conceptual framework. In addition, he presented concrete examples of TSD applications at different educational levels, from primary to secondary education and university. These examples allowed attendees to visualize how TSD can be effectively implemented in their local context. Each example was accompanied by a detailed analysis, highlighting how TSD can optimize the teaching-learning process in specific situations.
