It consists of eleven parts in which he talks about the story of all human civilizations from their beginnings until the nineteenth century. It is characterized by objectivity and the scientific method. It is an encyclopedia in the philosophy of history that its author spent decades preparing. He read dozens of books and traveled all over the world from east to west more than once. It is enough for the reader to see the list of general and specific references at the end of each part as evidence of the effort he put into preparing it. He initially intended for this series to be in five volumes, but the research branched out and the material became more abundant, so he increased it to seven, then it exceeded the number he had estimated for it, so he finally decided on it in 11 volumes. He continued writing it over a period of 40 years, from 1935 to 1975.
