Today we brew the simplest IPA on Luxstal 8M We will need: 12 kg of pale ale malt 40 l of water for the mash 17-20 l of water for washing 50 g of chinook hops 50 g of cascade hops 11.5 g (1 packet) of US 05 yeast 10 g of Irish moss Hydrogen peroxide 6% to disinfect the fermentation tank, hoses, bottles.
