In this video I explain all the components of a rear derailleur. There is detailed information on the limit screws (H and L screw) and the B screw. For Shadow Plus I show a small test to see how the chain slaps with and without Shadow Plus. We also calculate the gear shifting capacity in teeth on the bike, as there are different lengths of derailleur cages (short, medium and long).
