La Cumbrecita is a small town located in the Calamuchita Valley in the Sierras Grandes of the province of Córdoba, Argentina. At an altitude of 1,450 m above sea level.1​2​ It is located in the Calamuchita department.3​ It is located at the foot of the Sierras Grandes, near the Champaquí hill, the highest in Córdoba, and is 37 or 40 km west of Villa General Belgrano depending on the variant chosen and 118 from the city of Córdoba. This town, 118 kilometers from Cordoba, is the only pedestrian town in Argentina.
