About :

Boris is the only driver of the Avnyug narrow-gauge railway in the Arkhangelsk taiga. When necessary, he also repairs old locomotives and railway tracks. Only twice a week – on Mondays and Fridays – can locals travel with Boris from their taiga villages to the mainland. The driver also brings fresh bread and groceries to the people. The administration recently decided to stop train service and put the railway up for auction. We set off with Boris on his last trip.
