Still in 'Lopburi', after the previous clip where Uncle ate, traveled and spent a night camping at the Pasak Dam, this clip will take you to eat like a local. Most of them are secret restaurants recommended by the locals. How great is it? Let's see. 'Jok Song', an old breakfast restaurant that is a favorite among the locals. It's Teochew-style congee. The congee isn't ground too mushy, but is smooth and soft. It comes with minced pork, eggs and offal. It has a classic flavor. 'Pa Sum's Chicken Biryani' is an authentic Indian recipe for chicken biryani, but it's easy to eat and not too spicy. The rice is cooked well, and the chicken is very tender. Eat it with the sour and spicy 'oxtail soup', which is really great. 'Phra Phra In Restaurant' is a home-style made-to-order restaurant, but their dishes are amazing. The star of the show here is the 'suki', which Uncle says is just as delicious as the famous restaurants!! The highlight is the dipping sauce, which is sour first, sweet then a little spicy, and rich with fermented bean curd. 'Krua Mai Hom' here focuses on traditional Thai food menus with strong flavors and full ingredients. The signature menus include Gaeng Ranjuan, Gaeng Kua Hoi Bai Cha Kram, Nam Phrik Mai Hom, Stir-fried Dry Sea Hor Mok, etc. 'Ko Yong' is an old restaurant in Na Phra Lan (Saraburi). The menu here is in the style of Hainanese cook shop, with roast pork, sirloin salad, stir-fried Chinese cabbage, etc. But the highlight that you shouldn't miss is the famous 'Suki Boran' and 'Stewed Goat'.
