From the series: Feathered Tales / Lakes Tulewo disappeared as a result of land improvement works. Once a vibrant aquatic ecosystem, today a wetland with diverse vegetation, gradually transforming into an alder forest. The archaeological discovery adds value - a water settlement from the early Iron Age, belonging to the West Baltic culture. I found many rare plants here, including orchids, such as stoplamki, or marsh helleborines. When hunters did not spare bullets for predators such as raccoon dogs or foxes, there were also black grouses here, now there are none left. Enjoy watching!
