Oatmeal rolls without flour Bread is a tricky thing. It tastes good, but is actually not particularly valuable from a nutritional point of view. That's why I'm always experimenting and trying out bread or rolls that are wholesome and fit well into a healthy diet. And these rolls definitely do that! They're super quick, easy and I personally find them absolutely delicious! With a tasty topping, you can always have a healthy snack, a sandwich and they're also great as a side dish to a salad. They're also easy to freeze. Ingredients and preparation: 130 g quark 130 g oatmeal 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt Mix all the ingredients well and form 3 to 5 rolls, depending on your preference. I usually wet my hands a little to do this so that they don't stick so much. Place the rolls on a baking tray. Brush with water and sprinkle with oatmeal. Bake in the oven at around 190°C for around 20-25 minutes. Check from time to time to make sure they don't get too dark...
