The model railway called Bahnbetriebswerk Dreibau-Ost is located in the Rhine-Main area and was built in nominal size I or on a scale of 1:32. The model railway layout not only has a steam locomotive, but also some of the most beautiful steam locomotives manufactured by Märklin, KM1 and KISS. Locomotives, tracks, wagons and much more are wonderfully weathered, patinated or aged and, depending on the angle, look absolutely realistic. The model railway consists of two levels, namely the shadow station on the lower level and the normal model layout on the upper level. There you will find the four-track terminal station with a small freight station for the town of Dreibau-Ost and the large railway depot with a turntable and roundhouse. Planning and construction of the railway began in 2006. You can find more information about this private railway and many photos for free at http://www.pennula.de.
