Bayoumi Effendi is a poor watchmaker. God bless them and fate wills that he opens an agency for a global watch brand. Zubaida is pregnant with Shawkat Bey's child, so she marries Bayoumi Effendi for fear of scandal for her and Shawkat Bey. Zubaida gives birth to Nabil and then Zeinat. The happy news continues and a branch of the factory is opened in Egypt under the name Bayoumi Mustafa.
