For this new episode of Le Jardin extraordinaire, Tanguy invites us to take to the skies, our heads above the clouds on the roof of the European continent. We are heading to the Alps to discover its very special fauna. The Alps, a magical world 1,200 kilometres long that connects eight countries and reaches heights of up to 4,000 metres above sea level. In this fascinating world, we will discover tightrope-walking animals that play with the void, like the chamois or the ibex that almost disappeared in the early 1960s. We will witness the majestic spectacle of the golden eagle, capable of flying hundreds of kilometres to find its food. We will dive in the company of the astonishing red frogs. All winter, males can remain clinging to the backs of their females in lakes where the water barely reaches 2 degrees. From long, dizzying mountains to snow-covered slopes and disappearing glaciers, Tanguy will enlighten us on the strategy deployed by wildlife to survive the extreme conditions of the Alps. 0:00 The Alps: discovering such special wildlife - Le Jardin Extraordinaire ???? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ????
