The MCN Podcast is back! In the 9th episode we had Horia Sârghi (Zaiafet) and Cătălin Moise as guests. We talked about life, its importance or unimportance in the universe. About stress, about unexpected situations and how we can relate to them to overcome them more easily or with more wisdom. I understand that everything is transient, but unlikely to be accidental. We learned about new meditation techniques, Buddhist practices, and how the daily life struggles of the two guests have changed over the years. In the audience I had students from the Faculty of Philosophy Bucharest and some members of the YouTube channel. As always, I met a new association, the Never Alone Association - friends of the elderly, an association that fights against the most painful problem of the third age: loneliness.
