And our photography site http://www.trainsphotosm.altervista.org/ It's a special Sunday on the Tuscan Railway Transport network: here where usually on Sundays there is no train movement we see a trio of TFT diesel locomotives climbing up Casentino towards Porrena, emerging from the fog are the headlights of the modern Effishunter 1000 of CZ Loko, registered in the D744 group, followed by an elderly Ne700 with connecting rod arrangement, already set aside but returned to service for shunting; and the highlight: the D341 1063 in its cheerful white and blue livery. After the stop at Porrena we see the D341 being turned on and the three sets of machines departing towards the OMS junction in Porrena, to which the FS Foundation has entrusted the functional recovery of prestigious trains such as the ETR302 Settebello, the ETR232 Polifemo and obviously the ALe601, the famous electric locomotives of the 60s that are so close to being delivered. In fact, it is precisely these that we see leaving the factory hooked up to the D744, first the ALe601 031, then the Le480 003 with a refreshment area and then the Le601 013. Behind them are 4 dilapidated carriages. The movement of the ALe601 was just to get the carriages out, in fact immediately afterwards the 3 units are lowered into the factory, no big deal: it is a matter of hours and they will leave again. For the carriages instead we have a different situation, after having recomposed the convoy they are made to travel at 15km/h first towards Poppi to hook up a fifth sister and then towards Bibbiena, where there is also the freight yard for the wagons for the train of Baraclit prefabricated units. Here the locomotives maneuver while the carriages wait on the track of the correct layout to be pushed into the yard, but what their future is is currently unknown, probably by road they will reach the place of demolition or salvation. In the first part therefore we see maneuvers of various diesel locomotives, in the second the Ale601 and towed, in the third the sending of the carriages and it goes without saying that all this game could only be done on Sunday, when there is no service on the TFT. I hope you like the video, the shooting of the ignition of the D341 is by Michael Carli who I thank for the participation but above all for the company this morning. The video was made with a Panasonic HC-V785 video camera and Samsung Galaxy A53.
