Founded in 1986, Grupo Tauá started with a farm in Caeté, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte, in Minas Gerais, and gradually expanded to Atibaia, in São Paulo, and Alexânia, in Goiás. But it was in 2019 that the group accelerated its growth. It managed to survive the pandemic and more than doubled in size in the last 4 years and is expected to increase its revenue by almost 40% in 2024. Now, the group has its sights set on the northeast and a revenue of R$ 1 billion by 2026.
