TAKMED is a new project on the Army TV channel. In it, an experienced instructor, military medic Maria Nazarova, who has been teaching tactical medicine in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for ten years, teaches Vasyl Baydak and Emma Antonyuk tacmed. In the second episode, you will learn about wound packing – one of the key skills of tactical medicine. You will see how to properly perform packing to stop bleeding, what materials to use and what mistakes can cost you your life. Maria Nazarova will show all the stages of this important process, and Vasyl Baydak and Emma Antonyuk will try to learn it. A few words about the Army TV team – it consists of career soldiers, volunteers and mobilized personnel who have been serving in the Defense Forces since the first days of the full-scale invasion in various directions and in different units. Most of us have combat experience. Before the Russian invasion, we worked as directors, cameramen, presenters, and editors. Now we combine military service with work in the media profession.
