Disclaimer first, this footage was taken before the change of power in December 2024. This video was taken in March 2024, nine months before the Assad family regime finally collapsed. This video was also compiled before the change of power. So if there are any mistakes, I apologize. This is my travel vlog when I was given the opportunity to visit Syria. I feel very grateful to have seen the beauty of this country, been able to taste its champion cuisine, see its rich history, and meet one of the friendliest people I have ever met in this world. In my opinion, Syria deserves the spotlight! The state of Syria depicted in the video is the state of Syria in March 2024. Conditions may be different, but when this video was taken, Syria was facing international sanctions due to civil war and oppression by the government. As a result, the Syrian economy collapsed, the value of their currency was destroyed, and people had difficulty in meeting their daily needs.
