Food Sovereignty, do you know what it is? Considered a multidimensional concept because it encompasses cultural, economic and environmental aspects, food sovereignty is a movement that seeks to regain control over local food systems, placing the needs of people, their cultures and the environment at the center of food policies. But how does it work in practice?
