In this episode, Comida que Sustenta returns to the origins of Sustentarea to discuss sustainable eating habits. Our idea with this episode is to encourage reflection on the consumption of meat and other animal products, especially regarding the frequency and quantity in which they are consumed, and based on the prevailing production logic today. The program features a report by student Cecília Villanova, who shares her relationship with food and the changes in eating habits in a vegetarian family context. And for the discussion, we invited Rafael Almeida da Silva, who is a public health veterinarian and has a PhD in Public Health from Fiocruz, and Carla Molento, a professor of Animal Welfare and Cellular Animal Science at the Federal University of Paraná. • REFERENCES The links mentioned are gathered on the episode page https://www.fsp.usp.br/sustentarea/20... • CONTACT US To learn more about our work, visit our website: https://www.fsp.usp.br/sustentarea E-mail: [email protected] Spotify: https://spoti.fi/2Or5syG Instagram: / sustentarea Facebook: / sustentarea LinkedIn: / sustentarea YouTube: / @sustentareausp Orelo: https://app.orelo.cc/bRuk • TECHNICAL INFORMATION Comida que Sustenta is a production of Sustentarea.
