How do some people manage to cope with strokes of fate almost effortlessly, while others are knocked down by the smallest of stresses? The Israeli-American sociologist Aaron Antonovsky asked himself this question and investigated how differently people react to challenging stressors. As part of his salutogenesis concept, he identified three main factors that together result in a "sense of coherence". This "sense of coherence" (or "sense of coherence") can be understood as a pervasive, lasting and yet dynamic feeling of trust in the comprehensibility, manageability and significance of a situation. In the video, I present you with a small and simple method to strengthen this sense of coherence and promote people's resilience. You can download the method free of charge as a PDF: https://lauf-rat.de/products/salutoge... - - Since 2020, I have started to create my own coaching tools and methods.
