An emigrant, named Rudy Ganz, is placed by Miciu Tenopol in the house of a certain Willy Target. Rudy looks so much like Willy that everyone mistakes him for the latter. Lottery agent Dino Vartelly knocks on the door of Rudy's house and, thinking it's Willy, is about to hand him a sum of money... but Rudy insists he's not the right person. After a while Mrs. Tilly Lucky calls on the phone and mentions a sum of money and some letters that she wanted returned. Likewise, lots of people are sending money to alleged Willy Targe for negatives of compromising photos or other documents. And mentally ill Mrs. Target is upset because Rudy denies being Willy. Rudy, desperate, hands him his identity document, to prove that he is not who people think he is, but - strange thing - on this document he realizes that Willy Target's name appears...
