Then there is the cheese. Simple parmesan is fine, but if you want a more refined touch I recommend opting for a more mature goat cheese. Guys, cheese with spinach is extraordinary. When I eat them, I want the spinach strictly sautéed with butter, finely chopped onion and a little parmesan. A light thing, in short... In addition to these already good reasons, however, there are others: In this period we are asked to stay at home as much as possible. Even shopping should be done following these important rules, so do it really occasionally, possibly once a week. Good, so let's buy a lot that day to have a weekly supply. Well yes, in these gnocchi there are only ingredients that can be preserved for a long time, then they are all cheap and that we usually all have at home. So UHT milk will be fine, eggs can be preserved, onion too, and then bread, which we buy that one time a week and then the last few days is inedible because it is too dry.
