I add a little chopped parsley and a bowl of water. I cook a little to recover the flavor of the shellfish. In boiling water I fold the spaghetti. Meanwhile in a pan I make a generous base with extra virgin olive oil and brown the garlic and chili pepper. Once the garlic is golden, I remove it with the chili pepper.
