Heading for the south of Aveyron in the middle of landscapes shaped by nature and men. We begin our escapades on the Larzac plateau, 1000 km2 of bare and stony lands. It is here that in the Middle Ages, the Templars, an order created on the occasion of the first crusades in the holy lands, will set up rear bases and develop the territory. Illustration at the Commanderie de Sainte Eulalie de Cernon with Laurence Fric, from the “Conservatoire Larzac Templier et Hospitaliers”.
