Conscripts are not born, they are made. Two comrades who have lost touch with each other in civilian life unexpectedly meet at the military registration and enlistment office. The city rich kid and the village boy will now pull the army strap together. Fulfilling civic duty, as usual, is accompanied by a lot of troubles. The main trouble is the "real colonel".
