Today we prepare together CROISSANTS WITHOUT EGGS AND WITHOUT BUTTER! Very soft brioche, very easy to prepare and perfect for breakfast or a snack! They are very light and we can also prepare them in advance and freeze them, then we just need to take them out the night before and heat them up the next morning in the oven 😊 I hope you like them! ❤️❤️ 🥐INGREDIENTS: 500 g of flour 0 7 g of dehydrated brewer's yeast 130 g of sugar 60 ml of sunflower seed oil grated lemon zest grated orange zest 250 ml of vegetable or cow's milk + for brushing METHOD: First, let's start by combining a sachet of brewer's yeast with the flour, mix the ingredients well. At this point, add the sugar and continue mixing with a fork. Add the zest of a lemon and an untreated orange. Mix again, instead of citrus fruits we can also flavor the dough with vanilla. Add the warm vegetable milk a little at a time, work the dough first with a fork and then gradually with your hands. We need to form a firm and non-sticky dough. At this point we add the oil a little at a time and work our dough well until it has absorbed it completely. Place the dough in a bowl, cut a cross on the surface and cover with a cloth, let it rise for 2 hours, until it doubles in size. Once the rising time has elapsed, on a sheet of baking paper with the help of a little flour we roll out our dough until it forms a rectangle about half a centimeter thick. Trim the edges with a knife or a pizza wheel and divide the dough into many triangles. Roll each triangle on itself, starting from the widest part to the smallest. We place all the croissants on a baking tray with baking paper and let them rise for about 20 minutes.
