A construction project demands many choices, and for those who need to save money on the project, deciding whether to use a ROOF OR SLAB or a SLAB WITHOUT a ROOF, with only a WATERPROOFED SLAB is an important choice, especially with the RISING PRICES OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. Choosing between an EXPOSED SLAB or a ROOF requires analyzing each of the options, with their advantages and disadvantages. The slab is part of the structure of your home and can be of several models. The most commonly used models for homes are SOLID SLAB and PRE-CAST SLAB, which seals the slab with tiles or EPS SLAB, and then concreting is done. If the slab is exposed, it needs to be WATERPROOFED to avoid INFILTRATION problems. That's why we can use ASPHALT BLANKET, LIQUID BLANKET, LIQUID RUBBER and much more.
