We head to "Tagosaku," an izakaya in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture, known as "Japan's No. 1 izakaya." For lunch, we went to Hamada Fish Market (Sanin Hamada Port Public Market) in Hamada Fishing Port, Shimane's largest fishing port, and had a special seafood bowl at Gussan Meshidokoro, then visited the hidden gem "Hikimi Gorge" and "Kimono Bisu Shrine" in Mont Saint-Michel in Sanin. We stayed at the new craft hotel MASCOS HOTEL, and went to "Tagosaku," an izakaya with an atmosphere reminiscent of the original scenery of Japan.
