Why are mood locks so important? ???? Feelings are coping mechanisms learned in childhood for situations where our most traditional needs are not satisfied. Although emotional locks were useful as a child, today they are harmful to us because they prevent us from meeting our true needs and cause harmful behavior towards ourselves and those around us. Feelings are so deeply rooted in us that it can be almost impossible to separate them from our own personality. Since emotional blocks cause sadness, anger, depression and anxiety, the person also attacks them by overcompensating for the emotional block. The events of your childhood may indeed define your personality in a way that cannot be thought of without introspection and distort it so that you stand in the way of your own happiness. However, you can start to become aware of emotional blocks and work on them, but it is not easy, although it is definitely worth every tear. Working on emotional blocks is scary, because after working on them, you can be lost about who you really are when childhood traumas no longer define your minutes. However, this is a greater opportunity for genuine happiness and should not be seen as a threat. Fortunately, going through emotions doesn't kill, even though it might hurt like hell. ????
