Here we are back to the topic of the "head". We are in fact with Sara Biondi, Psychotherapist and #SportsPsychologist, who has been working for several years at the Rome sports center APD San Paolo Ostiense. Sara is a member of the AIPS (Italian association of #sportspsychology), of which she was a member of the board until last year, she is a sports psychologist with European Fepsace certification. She has worked with athletes and coaches of swimming, soccer, volleyball, basketball. In short, who better than her to talk about a topic that is perhaps even hotter than ever today such as that of #self-efficacy and self-assessment?
