Sabahattin Akçay was born in 1938, aged 68, and applied with complaints of bilateral tremors on the right side, slowness and stiffness in movements, difficulty walking; and severe involuntary movements that occur when taking medication. The patient's history showed that his complaints began with tremors, stiffness and heaviness on his right side 20 years before his surgery, and that he had not responded adequately to medical treatment for the last 15 years; when he was not taking medication, bilateral tremors, stiffness, heaviness and difficulty walking occurred; and when he was taking medication, severe involuntary movements occurred. When the patient was not taking medication, he had dominant tremors, stiffness, stiffness and difficulty walking on the right side; it was observed that these complaints were partially reduced with high doses of medication, but severe involuntary movements occurred. Sabahattin underwent a Brain Stimulator implantation operation on 10.06.2006. Sabahattin's images, five years after the Brain Stimulator surgery, are being viewed, first with the Brain Stimulator turned on, then with the Brain Stimulator turned off, and then with the Brain Stimulator turned back on.
