Kansei TV invites you today for a special journey to the heart of a contemporary and inspired house near Toulouse. The couple Mickael and Emilie wanted a Californian atmosphere for their detached house, built on a plot of 2550m2. To bring this project to life, this former rugby player born in Colomiers, restaurateur in Toulouse and fan of sports cars, called on the duo Gérald Gasparotto, architect, and Julien Gasparotto, builder, the two sons of the Henri Gasparotto company created in 1988 and based in Seilh. The result is a jewel of a house with a very family-friendly Californian atmosphere. A house with separate day and night spaces, where large bay windows allow you to make the most of the lush exteriors. A house where the kitchen, as a restaurateur requires, is the nerve center, with custom-made cupboards and drawers. The wine cellar, very designer, is visible and brings a unique decorative touch. This unique house, with a facade in natural stone of durable facing, respects all the desires of the owners. It corresponds in every way to what had been imagined, it is a house where life is good.
