The next day, it is passed through a sieve and washed with fresh water. The soaking makes the buckwheat soft and does not need to be cooked, which means that all the vitamins are preserved as best as possible. Next, a banana is mashed and mixed with the buckwheat with some homemade vegan vanilla sauce. Vanilla sauce tastes simply delicious with buckwheat, here is my recipe for vegan vanilla sauce • 🍮Homemade vanilla sauce - creamy... . If you don't have vanilla sauce available, you can also use plant milk, add a little vanilla bean powder and sweeten it slightly with agave syrup.
