🍑☀️This millet porridge is an absolute fountain of youth for breakfast! Instagram: / carla__caspary Facebook: / healthyfoodhealthymood Recipe: Ayurvedic millet porridge Ingredients: 100 g millet 2 oranges 2 tbsp almonds 2 tbsp pecans 3 dried apricots 3 dates 1 tbsp sultanas Pinch of cinnamon Pinch of gingerbread spice Basics: Pinch of salt Preparation: Wash the millet thoroughly. Then put the millet in a saucepan with water in a ratio of one to two and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove the millet from the heat and let it swell for another 10 minutes. Squeeze the oranges. Chop the nuts and dried fruit. When the millet is ready, mix in the dried fruit and spices, bring everything to the boil briefly and season with the spices. Add the orange juice and nuts to the porridge and stir well. Arrange on a plate and decorate.
