Then put the millet in a saucepan with water in a ratio of one to two and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove the millet from the heat and let it swell for another 10 minutes. Squeeze the oranges. Chop the nuts and dried fruit. When the millet is ready, mix in the dried fruit and spices, bring everything to the boil briefly and season with the spices. Add the orange juice and nuts to the porridge and stir well. Arrange on a plate and decorate.
